The room I booked had a balcony, and the location was central.

Only a few minutes from the Outlet Village, good parking, breakfast ok, dinner very good!

No nice area, noisy rooms

The location was marvellous and incredible, close enough to A1 and A30 motorways and Naples, Pompeii, and the rest of Italy and easily accessible.

The marvelous location of this place is not far from Naples, the Amalfi Coast, the Royal Palace, and Napoli, as well as being conveniently located near Biblioteca Comunale.

Nice large room in a grand hotel, great value for money, good breakfast, parking in the fenced yard, very friendly staff

Shower drain became clogged, so that the bathroom was "flooded" while we were showering; Water pressure could be better; Operating instructions for air conditioning was missing

Friendly staff. Very clean rooms and attractive area. The outdoor pool was also very clean.

It was relatively cold in the rooms and in the restaurant due to air conditioning.

The location is amazing, right next to the highway for easy access and close to the Royal Palace of Caserta and outlets. the double room was spacious and had efficient air conditioning. - the bathroom was a good size and well-maintained. Great location,...

Hard to communicate with some staff when our air condition wasn’t working. We had to call the front desk 3 times before someone came to our room. When I went to the bar to buy water bottle they didn’t have any.

Convenient location close to the motorway leading to Rome and easy access to the autostrada for Naples, the rooms are spacious, new, and fitted with exceptionally large beds.

Had a nice size and brand-new room £ 163 with a good size bathroom, lushly decorated, for example. The location was central, perfect to Caserta through the villages. Also, Piazza Umberto I was 3 km away. ...  

Comfortable and spacious rooms with air conditioning, a balcony, for instance, and the staff was super friendly 😊.

Room was comfortable and clean. Only thing of interest was watching the local street girls from our hotel room plying their trade.

There was no information in the room about hotel facilities such as room service, TV stations (how to use), hotel restaurant and local attractions/shopping etc. Although website suggests this as a well placed hotel for the tourist, the hotel offered no tours or tourist information, and the location was not suitable in evenings for families walking in evening. The "full English breakfast" was not good - eggs were cold and bacon looked horrible. This hotel seems suited to the business person only.

Hotel is very nice

Area around hotel not very good. Hookers were up the street from hotel. Not a good place if you want to go out for a walk.

The breakfast here is decent, offering cakes and vegan choices. 🍰 it's conveniently located near the airport, making it a great spot for travelers flying in and out of NAP.
